With a quarter century of international experience in the energy industries, including banking, investing and IPO processes, Heintzelman leads the new management with focus on discipline, strategic partnering and efficient production. He most recently served as Group CFO of Alevo Group SA; he also served as CFO and board member at T5 Oil & Gas in London, as CFO at Atlantic Energy and Head of Oil & Gas for Standard Bank, which brought him to London, Africa and the Middle East. He has held finance and management roles at Halliburton, Enron and Constellation, a Goldman Sachs JV. Heintzelman holds an MBA with honors from Thunderbird.
An internationally respected corporate attorney and published legal scholar with more than two decades of experience, Markus Alder oversees all legal affairs worldwide for the Alevo Group. A long-time partner at the Swiss firm Thouvenin Rechtsanwalte, Alder has specialized in mergers and acquisitions in addition to venture capital and corporate restructuring. A keen purchase and sale negotiator, he is also considered a leading expert in matters of employment law and human resources. Alder holds Masters law degrees in both banking and finance from Boston University in addition to a Masters in law from the University of Bern in Switzerland.
Vic Warren brings 28 years of manufacturing and engineering expertise as VP of Manufacturing for Alevo. Prior to Alevo, he was the Vice President of Manufacturing at battery start-up Aquion Energy, listed on the MIT Technical Review as #5 for “50 Smartest Companies 2016”. Vic also held multiple management roles during an 11-year tenure with Duracell working with primary alkaline and lithium chemistries, and moving products and equipment platforms from lab scale to production. He has also worked for Milliken, Berry Plastics, Gillette, and Proctor & Gamble. He holds a BSME from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from LaGrange College.
